Have not gone to a yoga class all summer.

Can feel the change in my body. Not good.

Plan to take a class in the morning at 8:45am.

Less than 10 hours from now.

Right now I doubt I will make it.

11:45am class sounds better.

Big party in March.

Must feel perfect.

Time to stretch again.

I went to grade school with a girl named Katrina.

She was quiet, calm, and kind.

Since grade school I'd not heard the name Katrina until now.

What a difference in personalities.
